Request Enrollment

Follow these steps so you can take the written permit test

1. Submit an Enrollment Request
Complete the form below with your student’s information and preferred lesson package. This helps us confirm eligibility and service area. Depending on your location, you might be asked to sign up for a weekend or later slot on school days. If you have your certificate of completion letter, you can upload it here (a scan or photo will work).

2. Review & Confirmation
I will review your request and confirm that your student is in the area. You will receive a response with the next steps within 24 hours.

3. Enrollment & Payment
You will receive an email with a link to our contract and payment options.

4. Schedule the Permit Test
After enrollment and payment are complete, you will receive your e-card and are able to take the written permit test at the DMV.

5. Schedule Lessons
Once you receive your permit, you are ready to schedule your lessons!
