1. The Enrollment & Permit Process

1.Submit the Request Form:

Fill out the form below with your student's information. This allows me to confirm they are within the local area.

2. Review & Confirmation: (Within 24 Hours).

I will review your request and confirm availability. You will receive a confirmation email with next steps within 24 hours.

3.Enrollment Contract & Payment:

You will receive a secure email link to complete the enrollment contract and submit your payment.

4.Receive Blue Card & Take Permit Test:

Once contract and payment are complete, I will issue your student's documentation (Blue Card electronic verification). Your student can then take the MN written permit test.

5.Schedule Behind-the-Wheel: Once your student passes the test and has their physical learner's permit, you are ready to schedule your behind-the-wheel lessons!
